  • Warehouse Supervisor - Anaheim, CA

      Position Summary:

      This position is responsible for managing our Anaheim warehouse and facility. This person manages and develops our day warehouse team with the goal of exceeding the expectations of our customers. This position manages all aspects of warehouse operations including order preparation, missing item coordination, shipping/receiving, and facility management.

      Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    • • Provide daily work supervision for the day warehouse team.
    • • Manage team productivity and hours including overtime.
    • • Work closely with the warehouse team to fulfill rental and sales orders.
    • • Work closely with the laundry team to prepare and bill laundry orders.
    • • Organize (by route) rental and laundry orders for ALL satellite customers.
    • • Coordinate missing items across the laundry and manufacturing departments.
    • • Assist manufacturing with the bagging and finishing of purchase orders.
    • • Restock rental inventory as-needed.
    • • Manage the facility including organization and security.
    • • Provide supervision in case of security and safety incidents.
    • • Engage with upper management to implement continuous improvement projects.
    • • Lead by example. Approachable. Follows through on promises and commitments. Demonstrates consistency between words and actions.
    • • Other duties or tasks may be assigned on an as-needed basis.
    • Major Qualifications:

    • • Minimum 5 years of experience as a warehouse or logistics associate
    • • Excellent communication skills
    • • Bilingual – English and Spanish
    • • Clean driving record
    • • Basic computing skills including email and Microsoft Word/Excel
    • • High school diploma or equivalent education
    • • Flexible work hours
  • Laundry Production Night Supervisor - Dallas, TX

      Position Summary:

      This position is responsible for managing our Dallas production team and facility at night. This person manages and trains our night production team with the goal of exceeding the expectations of our customers. This position manages all aspects of laundry and warehouse operations with a focus on productivity, quality, and safety.

      Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    • • Provide daily work supervision for the night production and interplant driver crew.
    • • Manage laundry operations including sorting, washing, and finishing.
    • • Manage warehouse operations including restocking.
    • • Optimize team productivity and hours including overtime.
    • • Ensure accurate fulfillment of rental, sales, and laundry orders.
    • • Coordinate missing rental items across the laundry and manufacturing departments.
    • • Manage the facility including organization, security, and employee safety.
    • • Provide supervision in case of security and safety incidents.
    • • Engage with upper management to implement continuous improvement projects.
    • • Recruit and train new and seasonal production staff.
    • • Other duties or tasks may be assigned on an as-needed basis.
    • Major Qualifications:

    • • Minimum 2 years of experience as a production lead or supervisor
    • • Laundry production experience is preferred
    • • Integrity – Follows through on promises and commitments
    • • Excellent communication skills – written and oral
    • • Bilingual (English and Spanish) is preferred
    • • Basic computing skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
    • • High school diploma or equivalent education
    • • Flexible work hours

      Hourly rate of $10.50/hour
      Day Shift: 4 day schedule – 10 hours a day or more

      We are looking for someone with the right teamwork attitude and with experience driving trucks 14-16 ft. in size. Prior work experience in the party rental industry is helpful.
